Relaxed Southwestern ranch fare

Cibolo Creek Ranch’s authentic southwestern menus are inspired by Mexico’s renowned chefs and deliver flavor and flair. Our head chef Metzli Rodriguez and her team infuse traditional Mexican dishes with distinctive elements from other regions.

Guests dine in our enclosed veranda featuring floor-to-ceiling windows just off the Saltillo-tiled kitchen. On special evenings, meals are served in the Great Hall of the 1857 Adobe Cibolo Fort, comfortably accommodating up to 45 people.

We have a selection of wine from various regions, domestic and Mexican beer (non-alcoholic beer is also available), margaritas and mixed drinks. Enjoy a cocktail made from Texas Sotol, a desert treasure grown right on Cibolo Creek Ranch.

Before guests’ arrival, reservations are required for lunch and dinner. Reservations may be available to outside guests based on Resort occupancy — Call 432-729-6654 to inquire.
