Cibolo Creek Ranch’s authentic southwestern menus are inspired by Mexico’s renowned chef, teacher and author Patricia Quintana and deliver flavor and flair — which have earned accolades from food critics, travel writers and guests. Our executive culinary team skillfully infuses traditional dishes with distinctive elements from other regions.
Our main dining area is on a veranda featuring floor-to-ceiling windows just off the Saltillo-tiled kitchen. On special evenings, meals are served in the Great Hall of the 1857 Adobe Cibolo Fort, comfortably accommodating up to 45 people.
In addition to our exceptional food and wine, we have a selection of domestic and Mexican beer (non-alcoholic beer is also available), margaritas and mixed drinks. Enjoy a cocktail made from Texas Sotol, a desert treasure grown right on Cibolo Creek Ranch.
